My Why
Patty Wilson was born and
raised in Harrisburg, PA
She is the proud wife of Chris, her first mentor in real estate.
Patty is Mom of 3 grown children and MEEMAW to
4 grandchildren (two boys and two girls).
Patty's goal was to be the Realtor® she needed and
didn't have during her move to Florida. She has made it her goal never to stop learning and to be responsive.
Patty and Scott Cowart partnered in 2016.
They founded THE BROKERAGE in 2019
Patty hosts real estate classes with Moseley Real Estate School
because she believed teaching
would make her a better real estate brokerage.
Patty went back to school and attends
Tallahassee Community College.
She is working towards her A.S. in Cyber Security.
Prior to a real estate career, Patty worked as a nurse and maintains her PA license.
Patty & Scott started their own radio show, Patty's Playhouse in 2016 (weeks after they met ;) ). The show airs on WVFT 93.3

Scott Cowart is a rare, true Floridian. He has lived in various corners of Florida to finally settle in Tallahassee. Following the successful upbringing of his three adult children, Cortney, Catelyn, and Cole, Scott embarked on a new career in Tallahassee, where he and his wonderful and supportive husband, Jeff, have firmly planted their roots. They currently live in Waverly Hills and are working on restoring their second home in Albany, GA.
Scott's professional journey started as a corporate accountant
for over 20 years. Scott now proudly serves as co-owner & creative architect of The Brokerage.
Scott's passion for all things stylish extends beyond personal enjoyment; it has become a driving force. Through his keen eye for design and his commitment to excellence. Using his talent for interior styling, Scott helps our clients maximize

My Why
Travis Sparkman, happily married to Michele, shares his home with their beloved dog. His journey in Tallahassee began in 1996 when he moved to pursue a degree in Criminology at FSU. Following his graduation, Travis embarked on a career as a law enforcement officer. However, he later transitioned into the field of roofing and construction.
Travis is the proud owner of T-Spark Enterprises!
In 2016, Travis earned his roofing and general contractor license, a pivotal step in his professional evolution. Today, he manages a thriving roofing and construction company based in Tallahassee. Travis's real estate interests span a wide spectrum, encompassing investment properties and renovation projects across both residential and commercial real estate sectors.
